Teaching and Research Development

    The department aims to cultivate professionals in advanced landscape professionals or research talents, and guide students to choose career planning for advanced landscape planning and design or landscape academic research. 

    With the teaching characteristics of both theory and practice, the advanced landscape planning and design course adopts small class teaching to improve the integration and execution ability of advanced landscape theory of graduate students. To expand graduate students' international vision and multicultural action power through overseas teaching and joint teaching. The research areas of the department include smart city and landscapes, landscape ecology, urban resilient, landscape performance, environmental perception, recreation management, carbon reduction and carbon sink, therapeutic landscape, etc.
